Refund policy
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Items can be returned for store credit or exchange when available. If the item in which would like to exchange is not available store credit will be issued. We cannot issue refunds.
- Returns are to be submitted within 7 business days of the date your order was delivered, and the original receipt must be included.
- Clothing must be returned in NEW condition with all tags intact as they were received and free from any odors.
- Items NOT ELIGIBLE for return or exchange: Jewelry, Accessories, and Hats
- If you have received an item, you believe is defective, please email support@fashionwarehouse.org within 3 business days of receiving your order. Include details about the defective item and attach a picture.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The least expensive option we have found is USPS First Class with tracking.
